Not bad for $1.99, right? This is Confetti's Masquerade Ball. It's a black base with red shimmer in it. It applies so smoothly - this is two coats. The first coat makes it seem like you're going to have to apply three or more coats, but it evens out in two. Another bonus is it dries quickly and stays shiny even without top coat. I've read that this is a dupe for Sephora by OPI's I'm With Brad but I don't own that one. But since this is only $1.99 and Sephora by OPI is $9.50...I think I'll stick with this one!
